1. General provisions
This privacy policy (hereinafter – Policy) explains how SIA "SKV Baltic" (hereinafter – Laundry Point or we) collects, processes, stores, and protects the personal data of natural persons (hereinafter – User or You) in connection with the use of the website https://laundrypoint.lv (hereinafter – Website) and the provision of services.
We process personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (General Data Protection Regulation, or GDPR), the Personal Data Processing Law of the Republic of Latvia, and other applicable laws.

3. What personal data we process
We process only the personal data needed for a specific purpose. Depending on your interaction with the Website and services, we may process the following data categories:
3.1. Data you provide when filling out the newsletter signup form:

selected Laundry Point location.

first and last name;

4. Purposes and legal basis for processing personal data

Purpose: to inform you about new Laundry Point locations, special offers, and service updates.

5. Personal data retention periods

Google Analytics data – according to Google Analytics default settings, usually 14 months.
Accounting documents – 5 years in accordance with the law "On Accounting".
After the retention period ends, personal data is securely deleted or anonymized.
6. Transfer of personal data to third parties
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. However, in some cases, we may transfer your data to trusted service providers who help us operate the Website and provide services:
Framer (Framer B.V.) – Website hosting service.
Google Ireland Limited – Google Analytics services for analyzing Website usage statistics.

11. Data security

Despite all our efforts, no data transmission or storage method on the internet is fully secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
